This notice explains what this website stores on your device and which other services your browser connects to when you use it. It covers the public website at usecaio.com only.
Summary
- This website does not set any cookies of its own.
- We do not use analytics or advertising cookies or trackers.
- We keep one item in your browser’s local storage, only to remember your scheduler choice.
- If you book a demo and choose to load the scheduler, its provider, Calendly, sets cookies. We ask first, and Calendly then asks about its own optional cookies.
What this site stores
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
caio_scheduler_consent | Caio (local storage, not a cookie) | Remembers whether you allowed the demo scheduler to load, so we do not ask every time. Set only once you make a choice. | Until you change your choice or clear your browser storage |
This item is strictly necessary to remember your choice, so it does not need consent.
Demo scheduler (Calendly)
After you send a demo request, we offer a scheduler provided by Calendly so you can pick a time. It loads only if you select “Load the scheduler”. If you decline, we arrange a time by email instead.
The cookies below are set by Calendly and its providers, not by Caio. We recorded them in our own tests on 5 and 6 October 2026.
Set when the scheduler loads
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
__cf_bm | Cloudflare, on calendly.com | Tells people apart from automated traffic to protect the scheduler | 30 minutes |
_cfuvid | Cloudflare, on calendly.com | Tells apart visitors who share an IP address, so rate limits work | Until you close your browser |
OptanonConsent | OneTrust, on calendly.com | Records your choice in Calendly’s own cookie banner | 1 year |
OptanonAlertBoxClosed | OneTrust, on calendly.com | Records that you have answered Calendly’s cookie banner. Set once you choose | 1 year |
m | Stripe, on m.stripe.com | Fraud detection for Stripe, the payment service built into Calendly | Stripe says 2 years. Our test browser capped it at 400 days |
The scheduler also loads Google reCAPTCHA to block automated bookings, and keeps one item called _cache in local storage on calendly.com. We saw no reCAPTCHA cookies in our test.
Calendly’s optional cookies
Calendly shows its own cookie banner inside the scheduler, with “Accept all” and “Decline all”.
- If you decline, our test found no analytics or marketing services loaded.
- If you accept, Calendly loaded analytics and marketing services from Segment, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta, Braze and Sprig, and stored visitor identifiers in local storage on calendly.com.
If you open Calendly in its own tab
You are then visiting Calendly’s own site, and its cookie banner and privacy notice apply. In our test Calendly also set _calendly_session there, lasting 21 days.
Calendly does not publish a list of its cookies. The entries above come from our own test and from Cloudflare’s and Stripe’s documentation, and may change if Calendly changes its service.
Your choice
You can allow or block the scheduler here at any time. Your browser settings are a separate control.
Blocking the scheduler stops it loading in future. It cannot remove cookies Calendly has already set, because they belong to Calendly. You can delete those in your browser settings.
Fonts
Our pages load their typeface from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google’s servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) to fetch it, so Google receives your IP address and browser details. Google says its fonts service does not set or log cookies, and we saw none in our test.
